Shipping

We use Fedex for most shipping orders. Occasionally we use USPS or UPS. Please call us know if you want a different ship method due to your location or other reasons.  We try to keep your shipping costs as affordable as possible. If you combine your orders or share orders with neighbors, friends or family, you can save too! It really is very economical this way. Due to the size of our business, just the two of us, we are unable to offer free shipping.

Your shipping charge is presented at checkout. If you are custom ordering, your shipping weight is determined after the piece is created and boxed unless we have a known piece already shipped to give you that information.

For damaged goods we require a return. When the item leaves our studio it is in the best shape with excellent packing as we have been packing fragile art for over 40 years! If the shipper damages a product our goods are insured and we go through a process with them to assist you. We are not responsible for stolen goods from your home as long as the tracking indicates the package was delivered.

We sell our art at exhibits all over the country and many find it convenient to purchase there. It helps us with our costs to purchase at the art show if you are able. With the pandemic this is not possible so our work is presented online or through custom ordering. Please allow 1-2 weeks for custom shipments. If available it can be shipped within two days. Sometimes we need two to three weeks! We are artists making all our own art, not a factory, so please be patient.  We appreciate your interest and support for Vitrene!
